Course Dates

ALL SAS (stretch-align-strengthen) certification workshops may be taken as "stand alone" training for interested participants NOT on the certification track. SSFS has had numerous participants who have been already certified by other organizations join us to bridge the missing links from their previous trainings. Participants will be prepared to take the PMA Pilates  Instructor Certification Examination.

Each weekend, the workshop includes repertoire taught on all apparatus (reformer, cadillac and wunda chair). Some mat work is also included.
