SynergySystems® Fitness Studio embraces the Eastern and Western philosophies of fitness. Director Cathleen Murakami understands the elusive goal of attaining mind and body harmony and creates a unique blend of Pilates, GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS® Yoga and other disciplines to assist clients in achieving a healthier body and more serene mind. SynergySystems® Fitness Studio is Encinitas's MOST experienced Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio. Our outstanding reputation and longevity is due to the loyalty of our clients and dedication of the studio trainers. Director Cathleen Murakami is an internationally recognized expert on Pilates and has pioneered programs at spas and health clubs domestically and abroad, produced four instructional DVD's, and has authored "Morning Pilates Workouts" published by Human Kinetics. SynergySystems® Fitness Studio, offers programs designed for all levels of fitness, ages, and lifestyles, as well as instructor certification courses in both Pilates mat and apparatus. The studio has had excellent results with its injury rehabilitation programing.
